The data and images come from the website Palestine Remembered, which used much of the basic research from Walid Khalidi’s seminal reference All That Remains: The Palestinian Villages Occupied and Depopulated by Israel in 1948. Sie könnend diese Karte dazu nutzen, sich die von uns gesammelten Daten über die Siedlungsaktivitäten in der West Bank zu erkunden. Die Karte wurde mit verschiedenen Schichten ausgestattet, die nach verschiedenen Daten geordnet sind. Im Sektor ‚Layer‘, Schicht, können Sie auf die Überschriften klicken  und dann sehen Sie die verschiedenen Gebiete, über die die vorbereiteten Schichten /Layers Auskunft geben. Oder sie schalten manche der einzelnen Schichten / Layers ausblenden, um sich auf bestimmte Daten zu konzentrieren.  Wenn Sie z.B. eine einzelne Siedlung auswählen, zeigen wir die von uns zusammengetragenen dazugehörigen Daten, z.B. wann sie gegründet wurde und die Bevölkerungszahl. Wenn wir später neue Geschichten über die Ereignisse in der West Bank hinzufügen, stellen wir Ihnen eine link zur Verfügung, über den sie direkt an Ort und stelle geraten können.
